🖨️ Why your brand colours need PMS colour matching (and when they don't):

Your business cards look perfect. Your website's stunning. Your brand colours are iconic.

Then you order new promotional materials and... the colour's slightly off. Not dramatically. Just enough that it bothers you.

Most printing uses CMYK - a colour process mix. It's cost-effective and looks great. But if your brand has a specific, iconic colour, CMYK might not nail it exactly. Every printer's CMYK mix is slightly different.

That's where PMS (Pantone Matching System) comes in. It guarantees your specific shade prints consistently—every time, with every supplier.

Should you use it? YES, if your brand colour is critical to recognition or you're reordering and need consistency. M

PMS costs a bit more, but if brand consistency matters—and for most businesses it does—it's worth it.
