🕒 Current Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a participant requiring:

✅ Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM (ongoing casual roster)

Plus the opportunity for additional hours:
✅ Permanent weekend casual shifts
✅ Afternoon shifts available as the service continues to grow

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent morning work with the potential to build additional hours.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Yellow Card and Blue Card
• Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
• Right to work in Australia

Recent reports of NDIS fraud across Australia have highlighted a serious issue—every dollar lost to fraud is a dollar taken away from Australians living with disability who rely on genuine supports. Recent investigations have led to arrests, convictions and millions of dollars in alleged fraudulent claims being uncovered, with the Australian Government continuing to strengthen enforcement through the Fraud Fusion Taskforce.

Niko brings over 17 years of healthcare experience, including:

🩺 9 years as an Emergency Registered Nurse, caring for patients in fast-paced and complex clinical environments.

🏥 3 years of experience across medical, surgical, paediatric, cardiac, and urology nursing, providing holistic care to people with diverse healthcare needs.

👵 2 years of aged care nursing experience, supporting older Australians with dignity, compassion, and respect.

🤝 3 years as an Assistant in Nursing in aged care, building a strong foundation in person-centred care and meaningful relationships.

Throughout his career, Niko has cared for individuals with a wide range of support needs, from everyday assistance to complex clinical care. His approach is grounded in respect, compassion, advocacy, and empowering people to live life on their own terms.
