Here is what sits behind a welcome sequence that runs without me. It starts with the Capacity Snapshot, a free tool that maps where someone’s week actually goes. The tool gives them something genuinely useful first; in return, it quietly captures the details that let me welcome them well.

From there the structure takes over. A webhook in Make catches the sign-up, their details land in Airtable, and MailerLite adds them as a subscriber. Completing the Snapshot triggers a second Make scenario, and an automated welcome sequence begins, sending one considered email after another.

The video walks through each step, from the opt-in to the first email landing. Built once, from free tools; now it runs entirely without me.

You can be excellent at what you do and still lose half your week to work you never consciously chose.
That is not a discipline problem; it is a measurement one. Most established women have never actually mapped where their hours go, because the business has never given them a reason to stop and look. The exhaustion you feel is the structure speaking, not a personal failing.
I built the Capacity Snapshot for exactly this moment. You enter the hours you spend across your day, personal and business both, and it shows you where your capacity is actually going, and where it is quietly leaking. It takes only a few minutes, and it tends to surface the thing you have been too close to see.

Wherever I travel, I end up reading the structure of a place.

A cellar that ages wine slowly in the dark. An arch that has held its shape for centuries. A row of boats that stays put because each one is anchored. The terrain is never the same twice, yet the principle underneath stays constant: what lasts was built to last.

Business works the same way. The market shifts, the season turns, the model you started with stops fitting the business you now run — none of that is the real problem. The real question is whether the architecture beneath your business was ever designed to hold the size it has grown into. When the structure is right, the business stops running on you. It runs on the way it was built.
