KAG donates a % of all sales to nominated local charities. Kedron Arts Group (KAG), is a not for profit, community based arts group. KAG was first established in 1979 by local artist and current member, Bernice D'Arx. KAG consists of local artists and crafts people of various ages and from diverse artistic backgrounds. Members are connected by their passion for creativity, which is expressed throu
gh a variety of mediums in the form of both art and crafts. KAG provides members with the opportunity to showcase and sell their work direct to public. Art and craft displays are held in local shopping centers on Brisbane's northside throughout the year. Our exhibition dates and locations are available on both our website and FB page. We encourage everyone to like our page in order to stay up to date with where and when will have out next display. While art exhibitions and craft displays provide a platform for members to sell their work, KAG is also focused on the social benefits of remaining involved in activities with like minded peers and being engaged with our local community. KAG is also very proud of the support we provide to local charities each year. A percentage of every sale made, and 100% of all raffle ticket sales are donated to our chosen charities which are selected at the commencement of each calendar year. Individuals interested in joining KAG are asked to make initial contact via our FB page Messenger or email, [email protected]. KAG applicants may enter as either Art or Crafts people. Each applicant' s work will be assessed by the sitting management committee members before membership can be approved. All members are expected to commit to the following ongoing requirements: an annual $25 membership fee, $5 entry fee per exhibition, work 2 exhibition rosters for 4-5 hrs each per week/per show, and attend a monthly KAG meeting. We thank you for visiting our FB page. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions. We will endeavor to respond to any queries within 3 working days. Kind Regards,
