This morning I missed my coaching session - it's a $50 fee for missed sessions. I again missed a coaching catch up.

Parenting didn't warn me that the 4am wake would start looking like the new morning start.

I felt disappointed in myself.

Missing coaching sessions and frequently forgetting is foreign to me.

This new Mum gig didn't come with a manual. So as I sit here wondering when I'll be able to make my next social media post - I remind myself to be gentle with the new me.
