Looking for a Partnership Manager – Ulap Outsourcing (Cagayan De Oro, Philippines)

Ulap Outsourcing is seeking a Partnership Manager to take the lead in building a new business team at Ulap Outsourcing. This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, enjoys connecting with businesses, and is passionate about delivering real value to clients. You’ll work closely with Australian-based consultants serving B2B clients, including accountants, real estate agents, developers, and other professional services. This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth of a new business unit, working directly with a team that values innovation, collaboration, and long-term success. This is a full-time, office-based role, providing a dynamic work environment with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Australian-based clients, creating ongoing referral opportunities and mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Team Growth and Leadership: Build and lead a small but growing team, setting the tone for a proactive, client-focused culture.
• Partner Engagement: Ensure our partners and their clients receive exceptional value, focusing on long-term relationship building rather than one-off transactions.
• Market Research and Outreach: Identify new partnership opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Event Coordination and Support: Assist in planning and executing partner events, including webinars, workshops, and networking sessions.
• Entrepreneurial Initiative: Bring new ideas to the table for improving our partner engagement and business development strategies.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track partnership success, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
• Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus, as you’ll be managing partner communications, tracking leads, and generating reports.
• Natural communicator who enjoys building relationships with businesses.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Highly motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a sense of ownership over their work.
• Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and business owners.
