From Adyton CEO Tim Crossley: "Significant progress is being made at the 100% owned Feni Island project, with our drill programme now having completed 4 drill holes, with holes 5 and 6 underway, and over 1800m completed. Holes FDD001 and FDD002 were drilled in a geothermal area with challenging drilling conditions, characterized by intense alteration, hot springs, and highly fractured and altered ground. Despite these difficulties, the team performed exceptionally well, still achieving excellent core recoveries. We are encouraged by the visual logging results of the holes, particularly, Hole 4 and the ongoing Hole 5. With the extent of drilling underway across all our projects, including on Fergusson Island, we are well-positioned to provide the market with regular updates as assay results become available in the coming months.”

Dr Chris Bowden, COO and Chief Geologist, commented: “We are encouraged by what we are seeing in the drill core from this round of drilling at Feni. Whilst assay results are still pending, visual observations are showing long intercepts >100m of hydrothermal to intrusive breccias that are evidencing mineralisation with sulphides (pyrite ± chalcopyrite) and intensely altered (sulphide ± silica-clay) – the sulphides being the typical host to the gold stage of mineralisation at Feni as evidenced from previous drill campaigns, correlation to historical assays and historical petrography."

First Drill Samples Dispatched from Feni Island Gold Project

Adyton Resources has dispatched the first batch of drill samples from its 100%-owned Feni Island Project to Intertek Laboratories in Lae, marking a key milestone in the company’s ongoing exploration program.

The drilling is focused on twinning historical holes to incorporate copper into a future Mineral Resource Estimate and targeting high-grade gold zones around the existing 1.46Moz Au resource.

CEO Tim Crossley commented, “Significant progress is being made… It is also pleasing to note that approximately 90 new direct local jobs have been created… none of this activity would have been possible without the support from our local stakeholders and in particular the Feni Island Landowners.”

During PDAC 2025, Tim Crossley, Managing Director of Adyton Resources, sat down with Mel Schaffer, host of CEO.CA, a highly respected hub for small-cap investors, to discuss our gold and copper exploration strategy in Papua New Guinea’s Pacific Rim of Fire.

In the interview, Tim highlighted:
✅ Ongoing drilling at Wapolu & Feni Island – with two rigs fully operational and exploration well underway.
✅ Near-term gold production potential – Wapolu is advancing toward feasibility, with plans to restart operations within 12 months.
✅ Significant copper upside at Feni – positioned within a prolific discovery belt that has already delivered 120Moz of gold and 6Mt of copper.
✅ Proven PNG expertise – Adyton’s experience in navigating logistics, permitting, and community engagement has allowed rapid project mobilization and drilling ex*****on.

It was a great opportunity to be featured on CEO.CA, a platform followed by top investors in the resource sector. If you missed the discussion, you can watch the full interview here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h42LoQAK98Q

The PNG Mineral Resources Authority (MRA) led a state team visit to Adyton Resources’ Wapolu Gold Project from March 1-4, 2025, marking a significant step toward recommencing operations. This visit underscores the government’s commitment to fast-tracking approvals for the project’s restart. Notably, existing infrastructure such as an airstrip, warehouse, and tailings impoundments provide a solid foundation for resuming activities. Adyton’s ongoing drilling program has completed over 3,500 meters of a planned 7,000 meters, aiming to enhance resource confidence and support forthcoming Mining Lease and Environmental Permit applications.

Adyton Resources is advancing its gold and copper exploration programs in Papua New Guinea’s Pacific Rim of Fire, a region with a strong track record of world-class mineral discoveries. With drilling underway at Wapolu on Fergusson Island and an 8,000m drill program commencing at Feni Island, we are systematically expanding and de-risking our projects to unlock long-term value.

Our exploration programs provide a clear path to near-term gold production at Wapolu and Gameta, while the significant copper upside at Feni presents a compelling growth opportunity. Operating in jurisdictions with great community support, and geothermal energy potential, Adyton is well-positioned to advance its projects toward development and in particular a fast rack restart of the abandoned Wapolu mine.

For investors looking at high-potential gold and copper assets in an underexplored yet resource-rich region, Adyton presents a unique opportunity. Visit us at Booth 2147 at PDAC 2025 to learn more about our latest developments and investment potential.

Adyton Resources’ drilling program at Wapolu is progressing on schedule, with 15 diamond drill holes completed (~1,500m) and two rigs in operation. Step-out drilling is targeting resource expansion, while infill drilling supports the Mineral Resource Estimate for a future Mining Lease application.

Metallurgical samples have been collected for testing, and initial fire assay results are expected in early March. Concurrently, Mining Lease and Environmental Permit submissions are being prepared. Once drilling is complete, rigs will move to the Gameta Gold Project to continue exploration.
