We’re hiring

Ochre Strokes is growing, and we’re looking for a solid Engagement and Events Manager to join the team.

This is a key role within our Connect division, leading engagement, events, partnerships and community-facing projects across the agency.

We’re looking for someone who is confident with clients, deadly with logistics and strong in relationships. Someone who can hold timelines, budgets, suppliers, stakeholders and all the moving parts that help meaningful engagement and events come to life.

This role will lead engagement and event-based client projects from planning through to delivery, including client relationships, project scope, budgets, event logistics, supplier coordination, stakeholder engagement and reporting.

We’re growing our team at Ochre Strokes - and we’re looking for a solid Administration Assistant to join us.

This is a role for someone who loves keeping things organised, supporting people well and helping the whole team move with flow.
Sitting within our Core division, this role will support the day-to-day rhythm of the agency, including internal business administration and direct support to our Managing Director.

At Ochre Strokes, we work across campaigns, communications, creative production, engagement and events - grounded in culture, storytelling, community and meaningful impact.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, thoughtful and deadly with the details. Someone who knows that strong administration is more than systems and schedules - it’s about backing the team, keeping things moving and helping bring deadly work to life.
