My work and my parenting have become the same conversation.
Every day I sit with adults who built careers around money, status, or what seemed sensible at 17.
Many are successful on paper and quietly disconnected from themselves.
Their path to fulfilment almost always begins with remembering who they were before the world told them who to be.
So at home, I’m planting different seeds.
I tell my son he can do anything he wants in this life, as long as he loves it and he’s willing to put in the work. I tell him his questions matter. I tell him his gifts are meant to help someone.
He won’t remember every word. But I hope he remembers the feeling of being trusted to know himself.
