Bloome was born because we were fed up seeing small teams stretched way too thin with cookie-cutter fundraising advice that just didn’t work. We wanted something different, real hands-on support that actually gets what busy not-for-profits need.

Between us we offer years of experience, fundraising smarts and marketing creativity, fundraising teams need to build strategies and solutions that work.

The goal was clear but challenging: increase revenue, inspire loyal donors to give again, and bring new supporters into the fold.

At Bloome, we partnered closely with Emmanuel City Mission to create a Christmas Appeal that spoke straight to the heart. From strategy and creative to data and delivery, we built a campaign that was personal, purposeful, and impossible to ignore.

The results? Emmanuel City Mission didn’t just hit their target, they made history. More donors, higher gifts, and a record-breaking appeal that means even more meals, services, and dignity for Brisbane’s most vulnerable.

🎄 Today we helped out at the annual Christmas Tree Decorating event, and what a fantastic day it was!

Emmanuel City Mission was our very first client nearly 5 years ago, and our love for their incredible work—and their amazing team—has only grown stronger. 💛

Working alongside Roby, Tim, Glen and the team today reminded us why we’re so proud to support Emmanuel City Mission. Their commitment to helping Brisbane’s most vulnerable is nothing short of inspiring, and being part of their journey fills us with so much gratitude and purpose.
