Following a lengthy HR career, with various companies and industries in both private and public sector, she has identified a gap in the provision of affordable and accessible information and support for employees experiencing the darker side of organisational behaviour and leadership.

In spite of all the work and investment by organisations to recruit, develop and reward great leadership, many employees across all sectors will at times in their career (or sometimes several times), experience the distress, trauma and anxiety that comes from the misused power, manipulation and just plain self-indulgence or stupidity of the boss.
