Today, I had a tumour removed from my jaw bone that’s been causing me a lot of hardship especially over the last year —everything from low energy to blood infections. There were days the swelling had me looking like a chipmunk, and at times, things felt life-threatening. It’s been incredibly tough pushing through work while dealing with this, even tougher after losing someone very dear to me. But now, I’m feeling hopeful and excited about my recovery and getting back to better health and consistency.

A huge thank you to the amazing staff at Mater Hospital, especially my surgeon, for their exceptional care.

A even bigger thank you to my beautiful wife Joanna Jane Ross for supporting me in every way possible when times got really rough.

I’m looking forward to the opportunities ahead and finally feeling like myself again.
