Welcome to 2023 Quantum Minds

By now, if you are enjoying a decent break, you should be relaxed and completely switched off from the stress of work... with only a few more days remaining before getting back into a routine.

The trouble with most high performers, is we tend to build up stress levels during the year and can't relax on weekends, public holidays or periods of downtime during Easter and Christmas.... We aren't "wired" to relax.

The anxiety we feel when faced with a day without routine, is our body's way of communicating it is under stress and needs to relax.

Have you ever heard the saying, "If you don't have time to meditate, it's time to meditate."?

If you haven't been able to de-stress and enjoy a relaxing break yet, your body will be reacting to "downtime" that increases your stress levels. It's a vicious and problematic cycle most workaholics face at this time of the year.
