Laundra Laundromat came to us with a simple brief: deliver the best performance with the lowest lifecycle cost.

Delivering that within a shop measuring just 4.3 metres wide meant making careful use of the available space.

So, we worked closely with Laundra at every step of the build, bringing the latest Electrolux Professional equipment and technology into a fitout designed for reliable, efficient operation – and lower long-term running costs.

The laundromat features washers and dryers in a range of capacities, plus dedicated machines for pet items.

With its warm finishes and day-spa-like feel, it’s a beautiful addition to the Silverdale Shopping Village.

Our own Orla Prelorentzos caught up with our partners at Tangerpay to discuss opportunities and get an early look at the new Kiosk Series 5. There's a lot to look forward to on the hardware side for our laundromat customers.

On top of that, two-way communication is now live across both Electrolux Professional and LG, opening up smarter ways for operators to manage and monitor their machines.

Richard Jay’s Orla Prelorentzos recently visited Electrolux Professional's factory in Thailand and spent time with the local team on the ground.

Seeing equipment up close gives us deeper insight into the innovation behind some of the laundry solutions we bring to customers across Australia.

For Orla, the visit was a great opportunity to build on her vend product knowledge and strengthen the relationships that help us support our customers with confidence.
