Soft (very soft) relaunch of BusinessFit 2.0

I am now an Accredited Mediator as per the Mediation Standards Board of Australia! In particular, I am looking to assist:

1. Business wanting to do workplace mediations and facilitated conversations and C-Suite mediation (Board members not seeing eye to eye!).

2. Individuals needing support to resolve conflict around elders moving into care, will dispute, non-court ordered/related parenting plans, community mediation and everything in between.

3. I am also wanting to provide support to individuals who are not covered by a union and need support in the workplace and formal meetings or to prepare responses.

Over the next few weeks and months, I will be Business Fit Pty Ltd - I would REALLY appreciate your support!

p.s Did you know remote working, video conferences and consultation / management and working from different geographical locations to my clients is something I have been doing for 15+ years...... it's not new to me! All my services, especially mediation, can be done remotely and after hours.
