Its taper week 1 for our guys looking to do the Crossfit Open 2020. Remember a taper is 9 - 14 days and gives around a 3-8% improvement. Which could be contextually meaningful dependant on where you might sit in the rankings. It's also a good way to wash off extra fatigue and give a nice mental unload.
