💙 Some of the best lessons in project management come from sharing what didn't go to plan.

Last month, our President, Val Pramana, Chief Executive, Roosevelt Dias, along with Lavenia Alou Magno and Ashkan Memari, our Associate Directors, joined fellow chapter leaders from across Australia and New Zealand in Perth for the PMI Region 10 (R10) Meeting, hosted by PMI Western Australia Chapter.

It was a great opportunity to catch up with familiar faces, meet new ones and have open conversations about the challenges, successes and lessons we've experienced across our chapters.

We also spent time discussing regional priorities for 2027, sharing ideas on member engagement, volunteer leadership and how we can better support the people who make our chapters what they are.

And what better way to round off the visit than celebrating 25 years of PMI Western Australia! A wonderful milestone and a chance to recognise the volunteers, leaders and members who have contributed to the chapter's journey.

A big thank you to PMI Western Australia for the warm welcome and fantastic hospitality, and to everyone across Region 10 who contributed to such an enjoyable and worthwhile gathering.

🌉 A new PMI Queensland tradition begins.

For the first time in PMI Queensland’s history, our community came together to celebrate Brisbane’s iconic Riverfire last month — creating an experience that went beyond professional development.

As project professionals, we know the value of collaboration, connection and relationships. This celebration gave our members the opportunity to build meaningful connections in a relaxed and memorable setting.

Riverfire provided the spectacular backdrop, but our members created the energy, conversations and sense of community that made the evening truly special.

Reflecting on the milestone, Roosevelt Dias, CEO, PMI Queensland, said:
