Well, this is rather lovely news to share!

Our wonderful friends at Destination Asia DMC have just taken home GOLD for Best DMC – International & U.S. Territories at the 2026 Northstar Stella Awards!

And we couldn't be happier for them.

We're lucky enough to see firsthand just how much thought, care and hard work goes into the programmes they create. The local knowledge, the creativity, the attention to all those little details that guests might never notice, but make all the difference.

And behind it all, a genuinely lovely bunch of people who care enormously about what they do.

It's wonderful to see that recognised on an international stage.

A huge congratulations to Matthew and all the brilliant Destination Asia teams across the region. We're very proud to work alongside you, and couldn't think of a more deserving bunch. 💗

Punta Cana is a bit of a problem, really.

One minute you’re on a boat, someone’s ordered another round, lunch has somehow become a full afternoon activity and half the group are discussing whether they could realistically move here.

And then Connect DMC start adding in all the really good bits.

The little surprises. The brilliant local spots. The moments that weren’t technically the headline of the programme but somehow become the ones everyone talks about afterwards.

So yes, there may be consequences.

Mostly involving unrealistic standards and a bunch of people reluctant to get on their flight home.

At least we warned you!

There’s a lot more to the Greek islands than you might think…

Tiny harbours. Family-run tavernas. Hidden beaches. Olive groves. Fishing villages. Brilliant food. And islands that can feel completely different from one another, even when they’re only a ferry ride apart.

Which is exactly why Greece can work so well for incentive groups. You can shape the experience around the people travelling, rather than trying to make everyone fit the same version of Greece.

And if you’re wondering when to go, October can be a really lovely window to consider.

It sits outside the busiest summer months, temperatures are generally milder, and many islands still have plenty going on, particularly earlier in the month. You do need to choose the island carefully, as weather and seasonal openings can vary, but that’s where good local knowledge comes in.

Our friends at Symphony DMC Greece know which islands work best, what’s still open and how to build a programme that makes the most of the season.

So if Greece is simmering away for the future, we’d be looking beyond the obvious spots… and possibly beyond the obvious months too.

Yes, Asia does the bucket-list stuff very well. But it’s often the six-seat sake bar you’d never find yourself. The slightly chaotic Vespa ride. Dim sum that gets wildly over-ordered. Or getting somewhere early enough to have it almost entirely to yourselves.

Those are the bits people come home talking about.

And they’re also the bits that are quite hard to make happen without local intel.

Which is why having the Destination Asia team on the ground makes such a difference. They know who to call, where to go, what time to turn up and when something that looks fairly ordinary on an itinerary could actually become the best part of the whole programme.

Because anyone can put the landmarks in. Local help opens up new pathways and makes Asia really brilliant.

Kate recently returned from Portugal after a gorgeous few days at inVOYAGE Comporta.

There were brilliant conversations, new connections, plenty of laughs and, naturally, a whole lot of new incentive ideas now being explored.

And then there was Comporta itself. Beautiful, laid-back and quietly stylish, it felt like exactly the right setting to slow things down, have proper conversations and get to know people beyond the slideshow. Networking, but in the nicest possible way.

A huge thank you to Debbie, Richard and the wider inVOYAGE team for bringing everyone together so beautifully and looking after the group. And to Mike, Hanna, Sammie and Sophie, thank you for being such wonderful company!
Safe to say, we’re already looking forward to the next one.

December has a lot going on already.

Christmas parties. End-of-year deadlines. Family things. School things. And that point in the year where everyone is about three emails away from switching off completely.

So if you’re asking people to pack a bag and jump on a plane in the middle of all that, the programme needs to be worth it.

We’ve done some of the hard yards and started matching the kind of people you’re planning for with the destinations that might just get them saying yes.

Look who’s back!

The gorgeous Ioanna is officially back from maternity leave and we’re very happy to have her back.

Judging by this photo, she’s had her hands very full in the meantime… but she’s now back in the Arabian Adventures world, keeping on top of your briefs, emails and all those lovely queries.

We’re not saying we should all sack off our responsibilities and go on safari, but…

Sunrise game drives. G&Ts in the bush. Elephants casually wandering past breakfast. There are definitely worse ideas.

And if we’re doing it, we want someone brilliant on the ground.

Someone who knows the little camps worth knowing, the people to call, the places you’d never find on Google and all those tiny details that make the whole thing feel properly special.

And that’s the beauty of a great DMC.

Reykjavík is having a bit of a hotel glow-up.

There’s a bold new waterfront stay coming to the city. More space for bigger groups. A village taking the whole Viking thing very seriously. And just 40 minutes down the road, a very lovely reason to add a night on the South Coast.

Safe to say, it gives us plenty more to play with.

A night or two in Reykjavík, before heading out into those completely ridiculous Icelandic landscapes for waterfalls, black-sand beaches and all the rest of it.

With a drink thrown in somewhere along the way, obviously.

A few of these are still in the works, but Iceland is very firmly on our radar for 2027 and beyond.

The only question is… which one makes it onto your shortlist?
