Microsoft has announced on 14 March 2023 the general availability of Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) on Microsoft Azure to simplify and accelerate the customer journey to the cloud. NC2 on Azure is now generally available in AU East, parts of Asia and USA. This is a big milestone for IT organisations in achieving faster migrations to the cloud, having better agility and significantly reducing cloud costs.

Veeam has urged customers to patch a high-severity Backup Service security vulnerability that could lead to the exposure of credentials. Tracked as CVE-2023-27532, this Vulnerability in a Veeam Backup & Replication component allows an unauthenticated user operating within the backup infrastructure network perimeter to obtain encrypted credentials stored in the configuration database.
