Is one better than the other?
I'm talking about applying for an Australian Partner Visa under spousal grounds v de facto.
There really isn't a difference in the way immigration views an application if you're married or de facto. What matters is the level of evidence you have. Regardless of being de facto or married, your relationship is still assessed against the 4 different pillars. So making sure you have strong evidence across these 4 pillars is what's actually key for the application.
