Richardson & Wrench Springwood Proudly Richardson & Wrench Keith & Doreen still play an active role in the company, which now runs with three generations of knowledge and experience.

R&W Springwood are a family owned and operated company who have been providing quality and professional service to Logan and its surrounding areas for over 20 years. Originally established by Keith & Doreen Burke as Corridor Realty, the company officially took on the Richardson & Wrench franchise name in 1997. In 2006, Keith & Doreen “passed on the reigns” of the business to their daughter, Janelle Godden who continues to operate it along with her daughter, Kimberley Godden.
