Real case study from one of our clients last year: A 10-year town planning practice. 4 offices across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. 23 professionals. Planning Trans-Tasman expansion to New Zealand.
On paper, the business was thriving.

But the directors kept asking the same question: "Why don't we have the cash our profits say we should have?"

Their long-standing accountant recognised this wasn't a compliance problem — it was structural. They referred the practice to us for an independent cashflow analysis.
