Paisley St House is a contemporary home designed for a steeply sloping site. The split-level layout follows the natural terrain, allowing the house to step down the slope while maximizing views and natural light.

Clean white volumes are paired with vertical timber screens that provide privacy, shading, and warmth to the facade. The home includes a pool and a three-car garage, with living spaces positioned to capture the best outlook across the landscape.

Timber cladding, vertical screening, and generous glazing create depth and rhythm along the street, while balconies and landscaped setbacks enhance privacy and connection to the outdoors. Internally, each townhouse is designed to maximise natural light, ventilation, and functionality, supporting modern family living within a compact footprint.

Champions Cres House is a refined new build in Brookwater, designed to balance strong architectural form with warm, livable comfort. The home features a bold geometric façade softened by vertical timber battens and deep framing elements that create shadow, depth, and privacy.

Inside, the layout is shaped around open, light-filled living spaces. A sculptural staircase anchors the ground floor, connecting the media room, bar, and family zones with seamless flow to the alfresco and pool terrace. The upper level opens to generous greenery-framed views, blending indoor and outdoor living through large openings and a sheltered balcony retreat.
