5 mistakes that make a bathroom feel smaller 🤔

1. Choosing tiles that are too small:
Lots of grout lines can make a bathroom feel busy and visually cluttered - try larger-format tiles to create a cleaner, more open look.

2. Using a bulky vanity:
An oversized vanity can dominate the room and reduce valuable floor space - consider a wall hung vanity to create the illusion of a larger bathroom.

3. Poor lighting:
A single ceiling light often leaves shadows that make the space feel closed in - Layer your lighting with vanity lights, mirrors and integrated LED’s.

4. Installing a small mirror:
A small mirror limits light reflection and can make the room feel cramped - A large mirror helps bounce light around the room and creates a sense of depth.

5. Choosing a framed shower screen:
Heavy frames can visually divide the space and make the bathroom feel more enclosed - Frameless or semi-frameless showers screens help create a seamless, open feel.
