Just a beautiful Thursday…

Out driving along the beach, feeling the cool breeze, taking little walks, enjoying a good coffee, and quietly thanking God for the beauty He has created.

There’s something humbling about standing by the ocean. It reminds you that life is bigger than our worries, deeper than our busy days, and far too beautiful to rush through.

So today, I’m slowing down.

Taking in the waves.
Breathing in the sea air.
Enjoying the sunshine.
Being grateful for another day.

No big plans. No grand adventure. Just a little road trip, a little wandering, a little coffee… and a lot of appreciation for the simple things.

Although, between the walking and the coffee, I’m beginning to suspect this was secretly an exercise plan. 😂☕️

Sometimes, God’s greatest blessings are found in the quiet moments we almost overlook.

Happy Thursday. May we remember to pause, look around, and appreciate just how beautiful this life can be.

My Tummy Poetry for Today 😂🍽️

Banh mi salad, fresh and bright,
Pork belly caramelized just right.
Crispy pork came for the show,
Satay chicken said, “Let’s go!” 😆

Buffalo chicken joined the crew,
Now my tummy has a lot to do! 😂
Just an ordinary food-tasting day,
But happiness found its little way.

So taste the food, enjoy the ride,
Laugh a little, keep joy by your side.
Life doesn’t need to be fancy or grand—
Sometimes, happiness is just food in hand. ❤️

🌊 Beautiful Wednesday from Bayside to Bayside

A slow morning, beautiful weather, the ocean, and a moment to pause and appreciate how far I’ve come.

As an early childhood educator, I love the work I do and the opportunity to help children learn, grow and discover the world around them.

Alongside my job, I’m also building my digital business — one small step at a time. 💻

For me, it’s not just about building a business. It’s about building a future for my family.

A future with more choices.
More flexibility.
More financial freedom.
And most importantly, the hope of being all together very soon. ❤️

That is my motivation on the days when things feel challenging. I remind myself that every skill I learn, every step I take, and every hour I invest today is helping me build something for tomorrow.

I’m learning that you don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be willing to learn, stay consistent and keep moving forward.

Life can be busy, but sometimes we need to slow down, breathe, look around and remember why we started.

This beautiful morning is another reminder for me:

✨ Keep growing.
✨ Keep believing.
✨ Keep building.

Because sometimes, our biggest dreams are not just for ourselves — they’re for the people we love. ❤️

Friday Tummy Happiness 🍳

FRIDAY = permission to make your tummy VERY happy! 😂

Look at this little beauty… pulled beef, poached eggs, creamy hollandaise and all that golden goodness sitting proudly on the plate. 🤤

That hollandaise is basically saying, “Don’t worry about tomorrow… just enjoy me today!” 😂

One bite turns into another… then suddenly you’re scraping the plate wondering where it all went! 😋

What a fantastic Tuesday afternoon! 🐨🌿

After work, I decided to simply walk home—and look what I found along the way! 😍 A little koala on the road, apparently on a very important mission to find a tree to climb. 😂🌳

I’ve always wished to see a koala just wandering around, and today, my little wish came true. Of course, I had to stop and take a video! 📹🥰

Sometimes, the best moments aren’t planned. They’re the little surprises God places along our path to remind us to slow down, look around, and appreciate the simple joys.

Thank You, Lord, for this beautiful Tuesday and for sending this little cutie my way. 🐨

And yes… I think my walk home just became a wildlife documentary. 😂🐨

My Sunday Vibes

Sunday is a reminder to put God first. 🙏
Starting my day with church, prayer, and gratitude, thanking God for another beautiful day and for all the blessings in my life.

After church, it’s time to enjoy the simple things that make my heart happy — the sea, fresh air, beautiful views, and a little time to relax and recharge.

And of course… good food and foodie moments! 🍴😋 Because life is meant to be enjoyed, shared, and celebrated.

Today I choose faith over worry, gratitude over complaints, peace over stress, and joy in the little moments.

May God continue to guide my steps, protect my loved ones, and bless everything that this new week brings. 🙏
