A regular project type for us is master planning for council depots as they plan to accommodate increasing populations and changing requirements. We have recently been involved in redevelopment projects in Boorowa (NSW), Camden (NSW) and Logan (QLD). We also looked at a multi staged long term project for Liverpool City Council that ultimately sees the transition of a significant depot site out to the new Western Sydney Airport area and the construction of a new smaller satellite depot. The entire project is planned to happen over a 30 year period

More and more often we are finding ourselves approached by clients much earlier in the project timeline and we are providing cost advice that assists with the initial feasibility of a project. One recent such project was the construction of a new 2 storey commercial office building on the Sunshine Coast

A long standing client was recently considering sub-leasing an existing commercial fitout. We provided them with some very early cost advice for the alterations that were needed which turned out to be quite extensive. As a result of this early advice, our client elected not to proceed with that particular option and leased elsewhere
