ion. Through practical inner work, people learn to regulate their emotional state, resolve patterns that drain energy, and lead themselves with consistency and self trust. This work is grounded, direct, and outcome focused. It avoids motivation, hype, and surface level mindset approaches, and instead works at the level where reactions, decisions, and behaviour are actually shaped. Inner Command is led by Brendan Kent, a self leadership coach with a background in business, systems, and organisational leadership. The work draws on deep NLP processes, parts integration, and emotional change work, translated into plain, practical language that applies to real life. Based in Australia and working globally.
