The Shank Brothers are a Brisbane based BBQ collective made up of passionate blokes who love to cook low and slow over a few cold beers. Our core focus revolves around learning the craft of how to cook great BBQ, sharing ideas, techniques and building new friendships. When in competition mode, the boys try and find the balance between producing great results and enjoying the social side of simply hanging with likeminded guys and gals.

🔥 Whole lamb. Open fire. Good mates. What a weekend!
We had the honour of cooking a full beast over flame for a mate’s 50th — absolutely delicious and a heap of fun.
