Did y'all know you can use Emojis in Simpro. Make a custom field in customers and give them ⭐ ratings ! Just use the Windows key & Period (Fullstop) to bring up emoji menu

If you use Videos, check this out...... Video Recording and Storage. During the beta trial, customers will be given access to upload video attachments from Simpro Mobile at no additional cost. At the end of the beta availability in mid-2025 customers will be given the option to upgrade their user license, or package, for an additional cost. Videos uploaded during the beta trial period will be retained and accessible for all customers

Tables work much better now if you create a table in the description box, then paste into it. See example with difference⁣

I am delighted to announce an exciting new integration I have developed for use with Simpro. This new feature allows you to upload a specific document to every new job created in Simpro, ensuring that crucial information is consistently and effortlessly attached to each job.

Imagine the convenience of having the latest insurance documents automatically uploaded to Simpro, or perhaps a promotional flyer that needs to be sent with every invoice. You could even have a blank drawing schedule ready to go for each new project. This integration ensures that the same document is seamlessly uploaded to every job, saving you time and reducing the risk of missing important attachments.

I am also excited about my next integration, which isn't far away. This upcoming feature will upload or update supplier quote prices and parts in Simpro Quotes when suppliers send them via .pdf. This will further streamline your processes and ensure that your quotes are always up-to-date with the latest supplier information.
