This week we had our chapter's wellness coach Gabriel, present on TRE work he does to help people with some very powerful reminders! He's looking to connect with first aid responders, organisations with wellness programs, wellness professionals, business owners likely heading towards burnout or individuals going through mental, emotional or physical pain.
