My role is to help these conversations be human-centered, compassionate, inclusive, and safe. Conversations are what connect us and enable us to be functional compassionate humans.
My consulting. coaching, and training work is grounded in over 25 years of business leadership experience and technical training, supported by an Executive Master of Business Administration and credentials in the Scie
nce and Practice of Wellbeing.
I have lived expertise, as I have had mental ill-health, and know how tough it is to keep going when the deadlines are running and people are looking to be led. As a result, I have gone in deep and wide to understand what is happening and found incredible evidence-based frameworks that have brought insight, solutions, and resolution, which I now want to share with you! Becoming a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor was my bridge to be able to help others like me. MHFA is evidence-based training that provides people with the skills and confidence to have supportive conversations with their co-workers, helping to guide them to professional help if needed. My business experience is in small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) including my family’s business as Operations Management in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, Director of Product Development (FMCG), Cosmetic Chemist (FMCG), and Marketing and Communications roles. In my role as Mental Wellbeing Consultant, I offer services in MHFA training, Strengths Profile Coaching, and aiding organisations in their journey of implementing ‘people-centric’ initiatives. My collaborative approach to problem solving means that I bring in knowledge experts as required to deliver projects. My services are customised for you and your organisation’s needs, providing the appropriate tools, structure, and guidance across the organisation.
