We hear variations of this from participants across our programs - and it never gets old.

This particular piece of feedback came from a participant in our Dale Carnegie Course who had been in management for nearly a decade but felt stuck. Stuck in patterns that weren't serving her team. Stuck in a version of leadership that felt exhausting rather than energising.
