Meet the Team: Georgia Bell

We’re excited to introduce Georgia Bell, our Enterprise Account Manager at DappleOS.

With more than 10 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Georgia has worked across almost every aspect of clinic life, from treating patients to leading operations across multiple clinics. Her deep industry knowledge and hands on experience give her a unique understanding of what it takes to build and grow a successful clinic.

Today, Georgia works closely with some of Australia’s top performing clinics, helping them drive growth, enhance patient experiences, and leverage meaningful business insights to operate more effectively and efficiently.

What makes Georgia’s journey even more special is her long standing connection with our founder, Suzie. The two have known each other for more than 10 years, and Georgia previously worked alongside Suzie at Clear Complexions back in 2018. Their shared passion for helping clinics succeed has come full circle at DappleOS.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Georgia on the team, supporting clinics with the knowledge, experience, and industry insight that only comes from having truly lived clinic life.

We had the chance to connect with so many clinicians, practice owners and teams who are all focused on the same goal, building smarter, more efficient and more scalable businesses without losing the personal touch in patient care.

Across the conversations a few themes came up again and again, scaling your business in a sustainable way, improving treatment planning workflows, making better use of AI in day to day operations and getting clearer, more actionable reporting to actually understand what is happening inside your practice.

Most clinic softwares track general stock. DappleOS tracks every single unit.

But inventory management in an aesthetic clinic isn't one-size-fits-all. A cleanser and a vial of botulinum toxin have very different compliance requirements, so the way you track them should reflect that.

In DappleOS, you choose the tracking method when setting up each product. Shared Barcode is designed for retail and everyday consumables; simple, efficient, and practical for lower-value items. Barcoded Product is built for injectables and Schedule 4 drugs, where every unit matters.

With Barcoded Product, DappleOS generates a unique barcode for each individual unit. That unlocks vial tracking, syringe tracking, and a fully digital drug book. The compliance infrastructure that used to require a separate system, or a paper binder, becomes a natural part of your clinical workflow.
