Big news for our early learning community! 🎉

The Federal Government has announced an extension to the Worker Retention Payment, keeping vital wage support in place for educators until 30 June 2028.

Key updates from the announcement:
- Extended Support: Funding is locked in for an additional two years, ensuring long-term continuity for participating services.
- Sector Expansion: Family Day Care and In Home Care services operating under an employee model will now be eligible to join the program.
- Fee Growth Cap: To maintain affordability for families, participating services must cap fee increases at 5.8% for the upcoming period.
- Focus on Quality: From July 2027, funding will be tied to meeting Quality Area 2 (Child Health and Safety) standards.

This extension offers a clear runway for providers and gives our essential workforce the long-term recognition they deserve.

Jenna started this business because she believes in the importance of accurate financial management for childcare businesses. As a mum herself, she knows how important this sector is and wants to make sure that all service providers have access to quality and accurate payroll, bookkeeping and financial management.

One of Jenna's greatest pleasures, is when she is able to work out a balance down to the very last cent.

But when her laptop closes, you’ll find her:
- Taking the caravan out for a family adventure
- Chasing her two little boys around
