Another fantastic morning at The Brisbane Club with Major General Mick Ryan AM (Retd) speaking on leadership in our rapidly changing world.

Thank you to everyone who took the time this morning to join us.

Major General Ryan shared a wealth of knowledge, drawing on his 35 years in the Australian Army and also as a small business owner. His insights warned against the dangers of complacency and that business owners must define a clear purpose, persevere against failure, and treat surprises not as a failure to forecast but a part of doing business. He also discussed how global shifts impact local small businesses. The presentation concluded with an engaging Q&A session, where he generously answered questions from our audience.
