Recently at the ECW - Educators (outdoor) Festival, March 2021 I drew from my industry experience of people management and further education to share and guide others towards more productive conversations.
The participants feedback said I achieved this by:
• helping them understand the need to shift from the traditional
‘telling’ approach to a more inclusive ‘asking’ style
• exploring active listening
• stretching their thinking by encouraging curious questions.
