✨ MEMBER MOMENT: Mia Razek ✨

Mia has been part of our Brisbane community since just our second breakfast, and from day one, she’s embodied so much of what Likeminded is all about!

Not only does Mia live and breathe the values we hold close as a community, but so does the business she works within. The team at Wingman are incredible advocates for supporting and championing women, and it’s something we absolutely love to see.

If you’ve ever met Mia at an event, chances are you’ve seen her introducing someone to someone else, making people feel welcome, and doing it all with a huge smile on her face. She’s a natural connector and someone who genuinely loves seeing others succeed.

While leading the advisory division at Wingman, Mia is also a devoted wife, mum to two young boys, and somehow manages to balance a calendar that often has her jumping on planes and travelling each week.

She’s ambitious, kind, generous with her time, and a wonderful example of what it looks like to build a successful career while staying grounded in what matters most.

We’re so grateful to have Mia as part of the Likeminded community. It definitely wouldn’t be the same without her 💕

✨ INSIDE LIKEMINDED: Eliza Gregory ✨

Eliza was first introduced to the Likeminded community by one of our incredible volunteer committee members as she stepped into a new role and was looking to expand her network and connect with like-minded women.

What started as attending events on the Sunshine Coast quickly grew into so much more. When our Brisbane chapter launched at the end of last year, Eliza saw it as the perfect opportunity to broaden her horizons up the Bruce Highway, and since then has become a familiar face across both communities 🤝

Not only has she embraced everything Likeminded is about, but she has recently stepped into a Volunteer Committee Member role something that feels so fitting for someone who is always willing to lend a hand, support others, and contribute to the growth of our community.

One of the things we love most about Eliza is her energy. She is bubbly, kind, genuine, and such a wonderful advocate for Likeminded. Whether she’s welcoming a first-time attendee, helping behind the scenes, or simply bringing her positive attitude into a room, she has a way of making people feel comfortable and included ✨

👋 If you’ve met our founder Georgie or been in a room with her, you’ll know she’s always been a huge supporter of women, young professionals, and honestly, ambitious people in general but also those who need a little extra backing of themselves!

She’s someone who genuinely loves bringing people together, giving her time to others, and creating opportunities for people to grow. In fact, she’s often referred to as the “Queen of the Rolodex” because she always seems to know someone that knows someone and is always connecting the right people with the right opportunities!

Whether it’s helping someone make a new connection, find the right professional, grow their business, or put themselves in a better financial position, Georgie is incredibly passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves 🙌

Tanaya has been part of the Likeminded community for over a year now and recently stepped into a Likeminded Committee Member role, something that feels so aligned for someone who truly lives and breathes the values and culture of this group 🤍

She originally joined looking for a community of women on the Sunshine Coast that she could genuinely connect with, and since then has built friendships and connections with women from so many different industries and walks of life from painters, to accountants, creatives, business owners and more ✨

One of the things she loves most about Likeminded is how diverse, welcoming and supportive the community is. Her advice to anyone feeling nervous about coming along to an event? Don’t be 🫶 Georgie and all the girls are incredibly friendly and make everyone feel so welcome from the moment they walk in.
