Role Overview
This role supports the delivery of professional services by ensuring sales engagements move smoothly from quotation to service delivery and invoicing.
As business activity grows, strong operational coordination is essential to ensure internal teams and customers are supported effectively.
The Sales Coordinator sits at the centre of the commercial and delivery process, supporting Sales, Professional Services, Finance, and Operations.
This role is designed to evolve into direct customer ownership, providing a pathway into Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Services Coordination
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and service agreements
• Interact with national sales, management, and delivery teams
• Track pricing approvals, contract documentation, renewals, and order status
• Support sales pipeline and forecasting through reporting
Internal Coordination
• Coordinate between Sales, Professional Services, Finance, and Operations
• Support invoicing and billing processes
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and operational follow-ups
• Identify and escalate risks impacting service delivery
Customer & Stakeholder Support
• Assist with client meeting preparation and reporting
• Respond to customer enquiries related to orders and services
• Escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
Continuous Improvement
• Contribute ideas to improve sales administration and professional services processes

Role Progression
After developing a strong understanding of customers, services, pricing, and delivery models, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to take responsibility for assigned accounts and transition into a Junior or Associate Account Manager role.

Experience & Capability Required
• Brisbane-based and able to attend the office regularly
• Strong and clear communication skills
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales administration, services coordination, or commercial support (in Australia or overseas)
• ICT industry experience advantageous but not essential
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Interest in developing into a customer-facing commercial role
