Leadership Under Pressure is designed to help leaders and teams perform better in those moments.

Across two immersive days, participants practise how to:

create clarity quickly;
coordinate unfamiliar and cross-functional groups;
make sound decisions with incomplete information;
recognise when team alignment is degrading;
lead briefings and debriefings that improve performance.

This is not another presentation-based leadership course.

Participants experience the challenge, reflect on what shaped performance, learn the relevant Human Factors concepts and apply the learning again.

"Root cause is just where you stopped looking."
Here's a test: ask someone what the root cause was of why it went right. Most people can't answer, because it was never one thing — it was a combination of factors, a confluence of conditions that all happened to line up. We just don't apply the same rigour to success as we do to failure, and that asymmetry is where most organisations lose more than they realise.

Try swapping "why did you do that?" for "what were the cues that led you to that decision?"
The first turns the response into a justification of their actions; the second opens the door to the real picture of why, and gives you something you can actually work with to fix the system.
