Therapists getting therapy. TLC EAP held it's Christmas in July get together on the weekend. We had some brief training on some new initiatives, and then it was down to hanging out with horses and puppies. Thanks to Jezey Wolf (nee Taylor) and her beautiful Wolfpack ranch, we were able to participate in and learn about equine therapy. It was such a great way for a remote team to get to know each other and share a new experience. I strongly recommend Jezey and her Wolfpack Ranch if your team needs to get out of the office environment.

Not going to lie, being on camera is well outside my comfort zone! But I've taken the leap and hired someone to film some content for TLC EAP. The accountability meant that I actually had to create the videos. Looking forward to building a resource that will help introduce new employees to the support available through our program.

I have finally bitten the bullet and created a page for TLC EAP. ( I had previously kept this one on Linked In). TLC EAP has been a project I have been building over the last few years and I am really proud of the business that it has become.

TLC EAP is a collaboration of service providers that offer tailored Employee Assistance Programs to businesses. We have grown into a team that includes a range of exceptional counsellors, financial coaching, transition coaching, diet and nutrition advice, family law advice etc. We also provide communication workshops, DISC assessments and Mental Health First Aid certificates.

If you have a team and are interested in learning how to support them with an EAP please let me know and we can chat. TLC EAP offers a fee for service option which eliminates ongoing subscription fees. You can also check out the website www.tlceap.com.au for more information.
