But what about the idiot behind the wheel. Most of our time is spent unwinding the unresourceful beliefs, the misguided mindsets and the untrue stories they have made up to keep them safe from the fears they have… what if I fail, what if my work dries up, what if I can’t meet my expectations.

We approach creating growth from a “Build the Human, Build the Business” perspective. Yes it’s uncomfortable, yes it’s uncertain (for us and them), yes it’s not focused on systems and processes…

If a farmer wants to drive a new tractor with the same mindset as how they have always driven a tractor, there is no manual that is going to create success unless the farmer shifts their mindset first.
