We are frequently asked how long it takes to prepare and lodge a DA.

The average timeframe for preparing and lodging a simple, compliant DA is about a week, however this timeframe increases depending on the extent of supporting technical reports and plans that are required.
We are RISKSMART accredited with Logan City Council, which can speed up the development application process for most Code Assessable DA’s.

With non-essential activities restricted across the country, remember that blood and plasma donation remain vital, travel and venue restrictions do not prevent people from giving blood. The only exception to this is donors aged 70 and over who have been advised to and self-isolate for their own protection. A donation takes just 15 minutes of your time.
