There’s a level of leadership where strategy alone is no longer enough.

La honte dans le deuil animal : quand on vous fait croire que vous ressentez trop

Il existe une émotion dont on parle très peu après la perte d’un animal : la honte.
La honte de souffrir “trop”.

La honte de pleurer encore.
La honte de se demander si l’on exagère parce que l’on vous a répété que « ce n’était qu’un animal ».

Mais cette douleur n’est pas excessive.
Elle est à la hauteur du lien que vous avez perdu.

Le deuil animal mérite d’être reconnu, respecté, entendu.

Ici, vous avez le droit de ressentir sans vous justifier.
