This is a customer from a 'bill buster special ' company who chose the cheapest option to save a couple of hundred when deciding not to go with ourselves.

The repairs that we have found for this customer will cost well over and above what they could have paid initially if they went with a reputable company.

We genuinely feel sorry for people in these situations but PLEASE review who you re dealing with
