PSM Co-Founder and Agent Gavin Orr and the entire PSM team, would like to congratulate Makaia Tafua on making his NRL debut for the New Zealand Warriors against the Cronulla Sharks.

The Christchurch-born ho**er has earned this opportunity through years of hard work, perseverance and dedication. Since joining the Warriors system, Makaia has steadily progressed through the club’s pathways, developing his game through SG Ball, Jersey Flegg and NSW Cup on his journey to the NRL.

A consistent and reliable performer, Makaia made 22 NSW Cup appearances for the Warriors, continuing to impress with his toughness, work ethic and professionalism as he pushed towards a first-grade opportunity.

Making an NRL debut is a milestone every young player dreams of, and it is a testament to Makaia’s character and commitment that he has reached this level.

We are incredibly proud of Makaia and look forward to supporting him throughout the next chapter of his rugby league journey.

PSM Co-Founder and Agent Gavin Orr, along with the entire PSM team, would like to congratulate Rex Bassingthwaighte on making his NRL debut against the Dolphins. Gav alongside his daughter Kalarni was there at Suncorp with Rex’s family and friends to support.

Rex first joined PSM as a kid from Dubbo, playing for the Western Rams and has since gone on to thrive within the Sydney Roosters system.

His journey to the NRL has been nothing short of outstanding. Rex led SHORE to a GPS premiership, represented the Wallabies at both Under 16s and Under 18s level, was part of this year’s SG Ball premiership-winning side where he was awarded Player of the Match in the Grand Final, earned selection in the NSW Under 19s State of Origin team, and has now achieved his NRL debut in his first year out of school.

These achievements are a testament to Rex’s talent, work ethic and dedication to his craft. We are incredibly proud of everything he has accomplished so far and look forward to supporting him through the next stage of what promises to be an exciting career.

Chris enjoyed the game alongside Mamuch and Dom before heading down to the rooms post-match to connect with Mabs. While the result didn’t go the Hawks’ way, Mabior can be proud of his individual performance and the impact he continues to make at the club.
