Balancing all the things can sometimes feel like a lot, but also things are finally falling into place. This is now my home, I have friends and I work every day. Geez life can be good, but it’s also one hell of a roller coaster.

I’ll be in Sydney next weekend, hopefully I’ll see some of you at Tamarama, along the walkway or in Bronte pool.

Summer Kickstart 💥 Morning Meditation & Dance 💃 First Sunrise of Summer 🌅

Join us for some morning magic at first light this Thursday at South Bondi at 5:45am! 🌞

Start your summer with intention, awareness, and connection. We'll begin with a mindful meditation to get clear on our desires for the season and dance our way into the day with some movement in the morning light. ✨

This workshop will be facilitated through Pop Up Class App which allows guests to follow instructor guidance through their headphones for an intimate experience no matter the distance. 🎧

How did you wake up this morning? Dancing around a massive disco ball to classic disco beats has to be one of the best ways to start the day. So sad this disco ball isn’t a permanent fixture in Bondi.

Celebrating World Photography Day!

The most beautiful studio is our beautiful big backyard. Mother Nature turned it on for us yesterday while we celebrated International Yoga day and Winter Solstice, there was even a hint of spring in the air.
allowed for the students to hear along with beautiful music in their ears while enjoying this amazing view. Let’s fill the whole platform with yogis all moving together ❤️

Of course it was going to be a beautiful morning for Winter Solstice and International Yoga Day. Thanks to Chrissie for leading the group this morning as the sky danced with pretty clouds and beautiful colours. The class enjoyed music in their ears with too.
