Years ago, while sitting at an Awards Dinner in my honor, I asked: “How do I reach the next level?”

And I was told:

“Keep doing what you’re doing.”

Today, I would ask something different.

“How do I reach the next level without losing what God entrusted to me at this one?”

Because the goal is not simply to grow.

The goal is to grow while stewarding our faith, family, health, peace, people, purpose, and impact.

That awards dinner became a defining moment because it forced me to question the model of success I had inherited.

And that is what Daily UNLEARN™ is about.

Somewhere along the way, Christian CEOs were sold a lie:
