Today marks the start to . We've made a promising start to reconcile with many organisations now implementing Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP's). But we have a long way to go to ensure the culture of our First Nation's people are felt heard, seen and valued by everyone.

Sticking with our volunteer theme this week for I recently read the yearly report from Volunteering Australia (VA). During Covid, organisations stood down 80% of their volunteers (and rightly so ).
However, I have organisations crying out to get back into corporate volunteering so it's time to open your doors and start rebuilding the ranks.

Today is . It celebrates the life of Dolly everett, a beautiful 14 year old girl, who sadly took her life after relentless bullying and cyberbullying. She left behind her parents, kate and tick everett and her sister Meg.

These brave folks from NT went on to start Dolly's Dream. A foundation that actively works to avoid other precious lives lost through bullying by advocating kindness. Their story was one of loss and heartbreak, but they have created a legacy for Dolly that has helped so many others.
