Each connecting rod features a 5.659-inch (143.7 mm) centre-to-centre length and is precision-machined from vacuum-degassed, certified 4340 chromoly steel. The robust H-beam design provides exceptional rigidity while maintaining a relatively lightweight construction, making it well suited to engines operating at high RPM and elevated boost levels.

The CRS5659M3D rods are fitted with 3/8-inch ARP 2000 cap screws, providing superior clamping force and durability compared with standard fasteners. The small end is fitted with a silicon-bronze bushing to accommodate 0.906-inch (23 mm) full-floating wrist pins, reducing friction and improving long-term reliability in demanding applications.

Crucial Safety Technology: ASM™

ASM™ provides an important anti-submarining function within a 4-point harness system, although it should not be considered a direct substitute for a properly installed 5- or 6-point competition harness where such a system is required.

Hardware & Mounting Configurations

Snap-On / Clip-In:
Designed to attach quickly to pre-installed eyelet bolts mounted to the vehicle floor, chassis or roll-cage harness anchors.

Bolt-On / Bolt-In:
Uses flat mounting brackets that attach directly to suitable seatbelt anchor points or dedicated mounting locations.

Roll-Bar / Harness-Bar Wrap:
Certain configurations allow the shoulder strap hardware to be removed from the webbing. The 3-inch shoulder straps can then be wrapped directly around a suitable harness bar or roll-cage tube and secured using the supplied 3-bar adjusters.

Manufactured from vacuum-degassed, certified 4340 chromoly steel, each connecting rod features a 4.783-inch (121.5 mm) centre-to-centre length and is precision-machined to tight tolerances for consistent fitment and engine balance. A level of perfection that approaches the Z-tune legend

This Nissan Skyline GT-R (BNR34) was developed with the concept of being a car that can complete continuous circuit laps and still be driven home afterward. It combines the comfort and usability of a street car with the speed, durability, and performance required for track driving. As a representative demo car from NISMO Omori Factory, it was named “Skyline GT-R (BNR34) Clubman Race Spec.”

The engine combines the proven durability and performance of the R1 specification with the enhanced acceleration characteristics of the R2 specification Nissan RB26DETT unit.

The R1 specification focuses on reliability and high performance, using reinforced components such as the N1 engine block and pistons, professionally assembled by skilled mechanics, and paired with a high-capacity turbocharger with a reinforced actuator.

The R2 specification further improves performance with upgrades including genuine Nissan GT-R (R35) injectors, a dedicated fuel delivery pipe, custom camshafts, and a dedicated ECM. These enhancements provide stronger mid-range torque, sharper throttle response, and improved acceleration.

The suspension system uses the Ohlins HAL Complete, a special NISMO Omori Factory setup based on the height-adjustable Öhlins Type HAL with revised tuning. Reinforced NISMO front and rear arms and upper links improve handling precision and durability under hard driving conditions.
