An exciting day at Pipeclay Estate! Our Olive Grove Raised Lamb has been awarded a SILVER medal at the 2026 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show (Branded Meat).

Our lamb is raised here on the estate, from premium Australian White sheep selected for their exceptional eating quality. Raised on pasture and finished amongst our olive grove, every part of the process is centred around producing lamb that is naturally tender, beautifully marbled and clean in flavour.

We've always known our lamb is special, but to have that quality recognised at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show is something we’re incredibly proud of.

A special thank you must also go to our brilliant butchers at Mudgee Meat Shop who ensure our lamb is processed and packed to perfection!

This is a wonderful recognition of what we’re building here at Pipeclay and of the care that goes into our lamb from paddock to plate.

Our fridge is stocked with FRESH Pipeclay Estate lamb processed and packed this week by our friends at Mudgee Meats.
Come visit us between 10-3 this weekend at 66 Pipeclay Lane to check out our full range of products and sample our wine, olives and extra virgin olive oil.
We open one weekend a month, so this weekend will be your only chance to pick up some lamb while it’s fresh!

Boxes will be delivered fresh to your door next week (free shipping Aus wide), or can be picked up this weekend at our Farm Shop, open Sat + Sun 10-3pm. We'll have a range of individual cuts available at the shop this weekend too, including Sausages, Chops, Leg Roasts and more.

Our Half Lamb Boxes will be delivered fresh to your door in early August, with every cut professionally butchered and vacuum sealed for lasting freshness.

• 1kg Handcrafted Sausages

At $299 (including delivery), our Half Lamb Box offers exceptional value, working out to approximately $20–24 per kilogram of lamb.

A weekend well spent starts in Pipeclay Lane. Begin with your morning coffee and doughnut from Old Wheels Grind, before heading down to the Pipeclay Estate monthly pop-up Farm Shop, open this weekend!

Our Farm Shop returns to the cellar door this Saturday 4 July and Sunday 5 July, from 10am-3pm.
